HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
A stay at The Haven can be arranged personally with the Haven staff — just use the contact information provided on this website.
*Your dates are guaranteed after receiving a 2 night deposit (non-refundable) or
proof of your travel plans to us.

HOW MANY BEDROOMS DOES THE HAVEN HAVE?
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one king sized bed with in suite bath, another one with a king sized bed and one with twin size bunk beds that share a bathroom).

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED DONATION PER NIGHT?
Single Individual - $30 per night
Each Additional Person - $10 per night
Couple - $40 per night
Family - $50 per night
*15% organizational discount is available.

DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER?
Yes!

DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE INTERNET?
Yes, there is wireless internet

WHAT IS THE LOCAL VOLTAGE?
The electrical system has 220 volt. We have adapters if you are bringing
items with an American plug.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?
The temperature in our location is fairly consistent. It can range from mid-70’s to high 90’s all year round. March/April is the hottest month, July/August is the coldest month, and October is the wettest month.

WHAT IS THERE TO EAT?
The Haven has a fully functional kitchen, as well as several restaurants within 5 - 20 minutes of the apartment. Maps and directions to the nearest restaurants and grocery store are provided. A small amount of grocery basics are provided for your arrival.

DO YOU HAVE A CRIB OR CARSEAT FOR MY CHILD?
We provide all the basic items needed for your family’s stay. This includes strollers, car seats, high chair and pack n plays.

HOW FAR IS THE HAVEN FROM THE AIRPORT?
It depends on the traffic time, but can range between 30-60 minutes. We will arrange airport pick for all guest.

HOW FAR IS THE HAVEN FROM THE BEACH?
There are so many beaches around our city. The closest beach to the Haven is a 10 minute drive. The tourist beach area is about 25 minute from The Haven.

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
The Haven has a vehicle for the use of its guests. This vehicle can be used for a $12 USD/day donation. You will only be charged for the days that you use the vehicle. You will be given the car with a full tank of gas and refueling the vehicle prior to departure is the responsibility of the guest.

IF I WANT TO SWIM AT THE HAVEN'S POOL DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING BESIDES MY SWIMSUIT?
No, we provide beach towels and toys for kids. However, pools do have a strict swimsuit or swim shirt policy. T-shirts are not allowed. You may be asked to change if you are not wearing appropriate swim attire.
